New planning application for circa 14 dwellings in Carnon Downs

A new outline planning application for circa 14 dwellings (use class C3) and mixed commercial uses (use class A1, D1 or B1(a)) on land off Quenchwell Road in Carnon Downs has just been submitted to Cornwall Council. This application will be discussed by the Parish Council at the next Planning Committee at 3.30pm on Thursday 9th June.
