Council Meetings
Full Parish Council meetings are held once a month, generally on a Monday at 6pm in the Parish Council Office in Devoran (The Old Market Hall, Market Street, Devoran, TR3 6QA) - meeting dates on the right.

If members of the public wish to attend a Parish Council meeting please can they email the Parish Clerk, via clerk@feockparishcouncil.gov.uk to enable an idea of numbers attending and if a larger venue is required to be established.
Alternatively, members of the public can send questions by email to the Clerk to be raised at the meeting on their behalf if they are unable to attend in person.

There is a 15 minute Public Participation session at the start of each meeting where members of the public can address the Council.

Agendas for the meetings are issued generally a week but no less than 3 days in advance of the meeting, on this website and also on the 7 noticeboards located around the parish (these are located on Market Street in Devoran, Point Green, St Feock Church, Retallack Playing Field, Carnon Downs (by the carpenters workshop and village hall) and Penelewey (in the layby).

Filming of Parish Council Meetings
Parish Council meetings (which include full Parish Council Meetings, Planning Committee Meetings, Access & Amenities Committee and Finance and General Purposes Committee meetings) are advertised as public meetings and as such could be filmed or recorded by broadcasters, the media or members of the public. Please be aware that whilst every effort is taken to ensure that members of the public are not filmed, we cannot guarantee this, especially if you are speaking or taking an active role.
