Update on Devoran & Carnon Downs Highways projects

Carnon Downs

The Parish Council have today written to residents in Carnon Downs to advise them of proposed changes to highways in the village (Forth Coth, Bissoe Road and Quenchwell Road) the full letter can be read on this news page.

Devoran

The Parish Council have given the go ahead to Cornwall Council to start work on the implementation of a 20mph zone for Devoran Village. This will include physical traffic calming comprising of speed cushions on Greenbank Road, the old A39 and Market Street. Cornwall Council will start the consultation process with residents during March/April and it is hoped that the work will be carried out in June/July this year.

Feock

The Parish Council are in contact with Truro Police regarding setting up a Community Speed Watch and are having ongoing discussions with Cormac regarding the differing speed limits in Feock.
