Planning Survey - have your say!

Cornwall Council are carrying out their annual Planning Feedback survey to measure public satisfaction in the Planning services they offer. The survey will mean that they are able to:

• Gain a better understanding of how we are performing as a service.

• Provide a means of measuring the impact of service improvements.

• View a range of data so we are able to see if we are reaching company benchmarks.

• Establish areas that we need to improve on in order to better our service for members of the public.
