Is your number up?

Our local community first responder group wanted to ask if your house name or number is visible day and night, when the emergency services or doctors out of hours service might be called to your home or business? While the postman might know where you are through experience, can your location be found in the dark? Every second counts and it might be one of those jobs you have been meaning to do for a while, so please make sure you are visible from the main road. Our community first responders might not have knowledge of your home and not know where all the houses and businesses are here in the villages so clear unobstructed signs are essential. In the event of an emergency always dial 999 and stay calm. Lights on and all the curtains open are a clear sign for the emergency services too. Your car on the drive or out outside your location with hazard warning lights are also one of the things that single out your address in the dark
