Streetlighting to be switched off in Carnon Downs from w/c 4th August

As part of the roll out across the County and that has already happened in Devoran, Cornwall Council will be switching off the street lights in Carnon Downs between midnight and 5am with effect from week commencing 4th August.

There has been a careful selection process, including liaison with local police, in choosing the most appropriate streetlights to switch off.

There is an Interactive Mapping Page on Cornwall Council's website that will show the exact lights that will be switched-off. Please note the mapping will not yet show switch-off for your area as they are finalising details and arranging for the map to be amended, however this will be completed by the weekend prior to switch off.
